Governance is the set of principles and rules that define the articulation of the company structures and governing the behavior of the subjects (shareholders, directors, employees, customers, suppliers, public authorities) involved and interested in various ways to its activity. These principles and rules drive the management of the company to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the operational action and, simultaneously, the right balance between the allocation of tasks within it, the conferring of decision-making powers and the identification of related levels of responsibility and identify appropriate and adequate control overviews aimed at ensuring the observance of laws, codes of conduct, procedures and regulations.

The governance system of the Edelweiss Group aims to create value for shareholders and stakeholders in general and is based on the respect of the principles of integrity safeguarding, ethical behavior, clarity and transparency.
